Pride Marine has launched a "Loyalty Program" for two primary reasons:

•     To reward our best customers who have supported, and continue to support our business.

•     With large marine-supply chains entering the Canadian market, we need to ensure that our customers realize how important their continued support is to our existence.

•     Pride Marine is a family-run business in Kingston, Ontario. It is owned and operated by avid boaters of 25 years who have been working in the marine industry since 1999. We pride ourselves in knowing our customers (and their boats) by name. We also pride ourselves in promoting and participating in local boating races and events - and seeing our happy customers on the water!

•     Pride Marine offers services, such as splicing, swaging, and other rigging and installations not offered by large chain stores.

•     Pride Marine prices are lower than its competitors. Pride Marine has adopted a price match policy to deal with situations where there is a price difference.

•     Pride Marine stocks a diverse assortment of marine equipment, electronics and supplies. We can special order most non-stock marine items in 24-48 hours, and we have access to products that aren't easily obtained. In addition, we can order a customer virtually any of the items found in the "big chain store" catalogues.

•     Pride Marine's "Royalty" program gives the customer an instant discount on purchases made based on past purchasing levels.

The Bottom Line..

Pride Marine believes a competitive market will ultimately serve boaters' best interests. However, at the end of the day, customers will choose their favourite supplier based on the level of service and savings they receive. We want to be YOUR favourite chandlery!

The Royalty program discount is based on your previous or current years' purchases at Pride Marine, whichever is higher. We always review your shopping history when processing your latest order and will instantly apply the discount based on the structure below:
